I can’t say enough great things about Sentral! I’m a local who lost power In the ice storm and stayed for several nights. Great location, very helpful staff. Special shout out to Lauren for all her help! (Hope I got her name right! She was working on Thursday 1/29/26 at 6pm.)
We can’t say enough great things about Sentral SoBro! The apartments are so comfortable, well equipped and within walking distance to many downtown attractions. The “sky lounge” provided a nice change of scenery plus a pool table, vending machine and ice. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating even with the huge influx of Nashvillians seeking a warm place to stay during the widespread power outages. We had a drainage issue that was handled in a timely manner by the helpful maintenance staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will recommend Sentral SoBro to family and friends visiting in the future!
I’ve stayed in Nash a few times and nowhere compares to here. The room is stunning, the pool and outdoor space feels resort-like, and it’s actually only like a 6 minute walk to broadway. Also Liz is a queen - we didn’t really need help (everything was so easy) but she we there if needed and she’s such a sweet angel! 1000% recommend.
Great rooms! Very comfortable beds and nice room layout. The staff was very kind and helpful, I would recommend staying here. Location was also great because you weren’t so close to the strip that it was noisy, but it was easily walkable.
This place has been a lifesaver during the storm. A safe warm refuge for us and our pups while the power is out. The front desk staff has been so warm and caring and helpful, and maintenance immediately responsive to a sink issue. We are very grateful for how we have been treated during our necessary stay.
Great location, easy walk to Broadway. Rooms were clean, entrance was clean with security/front desk personnel constantly. All rooms and elevators were secured at all times.
This place was great! We didn't want to be right on Broadway and didn't mind walking. 15 min walk to downtown was gravy! Rooms were clean and quiet and exactly what we needed for this quick trip to Nashville! I would definitely come back!
This was the most professional and exceptional service I’ve ever received during a “hotel” stay. The entire staff is exceptional and friendly. Especially while having to deal with people during a crisis. I was anxious and my plans were ever changing due to the power outage. These ladies (I encountered 4 of them) were always helpful, friendly, showed urgency and professionalism. I can’t say enough how grateful I am. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you!
